The shipping was SUPER fast, the packaging was carefully rendered, and the DVD itself was in BEAUTIFUL condition. Like my last purchase, the DVD was brand new and still encased in shrink wrap. GoodwillBooks does not skimp on customer service. I bought a cheap DVD set for one disc, got unlucky (that disc was damaged), sent a message, and GoodwillBooks responded quickly and made it right for me. This was only a $5 item, and they sell a lot of items to benefit the community. There is always a risk on used or donated items, of course, but this small example shows that a big charity seller that isn't out to make a quick buck can still be one of the best.

The Make Room For Daddy Vol. 1 used DVD was in great condition. The slip case is in great condtion as well as the DVD and was a great value. The Make Room for Daddy Vol. 1 DVD was packed in a heavy manila bubble wrap envelope. ClickgoodwillBooks offered 5 star + customer service. I received the DVD in 5 days from Indianapolis Indiana. A very nice eBay seller to buy from to help out a charity.
