I give this seller five stars. But there is a story behind it. First the seller did ship immediately, but do to the disastrous fires in California, USPS mail took more than a month to deliver. I’m compassionate and patient, so I understand the delay. I received dvd finally and excited to receive it. Unfortunately, upon opening, I find the case had been badly damaged. I contacted the seller and even though not to his doing he provided a full refund. Will use again.
