I received in a decent amount of time but was missing the screws and had to go to the local hardware store to pupurchase ones that did work. I did ask seller prior to purchasing was everything included and it was confirmed that it was. Informed seller via ebay messenger of the issue but no reply. Since item was received i decided not to leave a negative. Due to the lack of communication and not having screws i can only give a nneutral rating at best. BUYERS:Be sure to check your items!!!!!
