While the card arrived in a condition that didn’t quite match the listing, the seller was responsive and refunded me promptly. However, I was concerned to find personal customer information included with the shipment, which could have posed a privacy risk. I appreciate the seller’s willingness to resolve the issue but would encourage better care in packing and reviewing procedures to avoid this in the future.
