Shipped promptly at good cost. Received in padded envelope in one piece. Stem cheaply glued to shank and airway glued completely closed. No mention of this in description but seller may not have known since they apparently used the eBay AI description. I do understand the purchase of used items “as is”, so will leave a positive review about the shipping. I will get this repaired correctly as too nice not to be properly repaired, which will make final investment way more than purchase price.

Received unstruck matchbook promptly and item was packaged safely. Rich's Retro shipping price was also reasonable. Book description was just ok as it was 'used' but it was not 'nice' in my humble opinion. Besides this the seller communicated well and was responsive in processing my transaction. Overall my experience was a positive one.

Shipping was slow. Packing was poor in a soft sided envelope. As discribed but the back pin was slightly bent, probably because of the poor packaging, but usable. Could have purchased it new from the FOP for less, but the shipping cost from the FOP for 1 item, would have doubled the final price. I'll give the Seller an A rating.
