Though the typewriter machine arrived in excellent shipping condition we soon discovered that the ribbon cartridge installed had been used up and wasn't advancing. Upon contacting the seller, we were offered a refund for the price of a new ribbon cartridge without any hassle. No problem there. Appreciate the prompt resoluation and the typewriter works as advertised. We are pleased.
