All our non-media listings have a set 1-10 business day delivery option selected if the carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) decide to take a longer than normal time to deliver but everything ships same/next day and anything purchased on Friday-Sunday ships first thing Monday. All Media will ship Media Mail which is 2-8 business days. All non-media weighing under 16oz will ship first-class unless otherwise noted.

Received my order from the seller on time with no issue. The item description stated new, and I indeed receive a DVD in original package still wrapped. However, the DVD was damaged. My kids were so sad as they paid with their own money. I am guessing it was a manufacturing flaw which the seller would have no way of knowing about. I contacted the seller to see if a replacement would be possible. The seller immediately refunded our money without me asking. Thank you for great customer service!
