Ebay Standard Envelopes generally deliver in 7 to 14 days, although delivery time is not guaranteed. If delivery time is a concern for you, we encourage you to upgrade to Media Mail shipping. Media Mail generally delivers much quicker. Once you pay your media mail shipping fee, you may add as many items as you like to your order at no additional cost. SAVE SPACE WITH OUR PROTECTIVE POLY SLEEVES! The sleeves we ship your Slimpack items in are a high quality clear protective poly plastic, and will greatly reduce the storage space of your collection. We check every disc we sell and use our buffing machines to repair scratched discs. Unlike our competitors, we will NOT ship dirty, scratched discs. Our Media We carefully evaluate every item we sell and grade them as honestly as possible. Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a simple grading scale. For disc based media, it is as follows: Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. Disc will always be mint condition. Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition. There may be minor wear to the cover art or a bit of damage or discoloration. The disc may have minor scuffs and scratches, but only a few very light ones. Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Case may be scratched or cracked. Art may be faded or damaged. There may be scuffs on the disc or a name written on it. But it will still look decent and be playable. Acceptable Item may arrive without cover art. Disc might have a name written on it or skip during play. If an item is listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it was deemed acceptable so you are aware of what the issue is. We generally do not sell acceptable items. REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item. PLEASE NOTE: USED ITEMS ARE USED AND MAY NOT COME WITH BONUS DISCS, DIGITAL DOWNLOAD CODES OR SPECIAL FEATURES. CODES AND COUPONS MAY BE EXPIRED OR ALREADY REDEEMED. Super seller... dvd was packaged very well (bubble-wrap mailer!) and arrived in excellent condition... was every bit as well as described!! Unfortunately, although everything looked fantastic, the dvd would not play. Seller was quick to respond to my message and promptly issued a no-hassle full refund. Item was packed well, but got damaged during shipping. Not the Seller's fault and Seller responded quickly and refunded the item. Otherwise, item was described well and shipped incredibly fast. Seller had great communication, so even though the item was damaged (again, not Seller's fault), I can safely say this is a great seller and I'd buy from them again!

Really happy with this DVD! It arrived quickly and was packaged well—no scratches or damage. The disc plays perfectly, and the quality is just as described.
