This is a brand new item as described. It was sealed, Got it at a bargain price, it was sealed very well and played through with no skips or problems. The shipping was slow, no fault of this store. I live at the opposite end of the country and if you live closer you'd get it sooner. It's pretty bad when the shipping in this country is so poor that an item from China can ship, pass customs and get here before it can in this country.
