   It came very quickly, as described, intact, no damage. Packaged in original box with a box of nearly the same size around it, so if it had been dropped, it could have been dinged, since there was no space with padding between the boxes. But it wasn't dropped and it works well. I had bought a used one before, but it began leaking at the spout after only two years. I expect this "new" one to last many, many years. It looks great on my stove and my tea tastes good!

   Very beautiful chandelier. Especially liked the double lights from each arm. I actually wanted the item for parts for a chandelier lamp. The finished lamp is in the picture. Very pleased with seller. My order was promptly processed and shipped and was wrapped very well to prevent shipping damage.

   great seller good communication and seller was very helpful when USPS took 2 weeks to deliver. But the delivery delay was not the seller's fault
