I bought it for my mom for her birthday and had it delivered to her because I wasn't with her. At first I accidentally put the building number not the house address but communication was great. packaged well and shipped quickly and was exactly how it was described. It made my mom cry so it was a really good thing for a gift though it was kind of expensive. Overall, wonderful!

Although the product was not exactly as the picture we ended up keeping the set. It is very pretty and will look nice on the bed. The seller was most helpful and accommodating and was willing to accept a return but after opening it up we decided to keep it.
