I absolutely loved this product. The owner was very nice and communicative making sure when my product will be sent and when it will arrive. The product itself came in beautifully packaged, everything looked brand new and once I opened the product I made sure to charge it first that way I can see how well it performs and it worked really well. I loved how colorful the keyboard is when you turn on the RGB, the cursor works really well as the same with the typing. The shipment was very fast too ♡.

Excellent item and excellent customer service and communication. The only downside is the amount of time it will take for you to receive your item. I had to wait over 5 weeks to receive this due to the Shipper's method of shipment. I could have received it sooner, but it would have cost me an additional $11.00. I politely suggested to Seller to reconsider his shipment methods. As the item weighs less than a sheet of paper, it could have been placed in an envelope with a normal stamp and mailed.

Seller is very prompt on communications and very nice. The chess set arrived quickly, surprisingly from Amazon but I paid slower price than Amazon advertised so that was a plus for me. It is a Christmas present so it is yet unopened. It is in perfect condition right down to the shrink wrap so I am confidant that the chess set is perfect too. I do recommend this seller for their price, fast, free shipping and open communications.
