Excellent seller, super fast shipping and nicely packaged. Great communication about the product and shipment. Like this new key chain for the boat. The cording to hold the key is much more secure than the little chains you see on most key chains. The bright orange color and the glow in the dark feature is great. If dropped in the water it should show up nicely. Thanks!

Item arrived before I thought it would. The product was appropriately packaged and there was no damage. The keycaps look like they do in the advertisement. You can tell where these keycaps were broken away from the plastic mold (see pic). This isn't a big problem for me because at this price, these keycaps are a value. I would buy from this vendor again in a heartbeat!

Received wrong item. Seller responded immediately, provided a return label. Seller in this case was fine but unfortunately this is happening too often on ebay. In most cases the sellers now are just middleman for Amazon & Walmart. They're mostly foreign & don't respond well to issues or not at all. For this reason, I am no longer using ebay to purchase brand new items.
