Item didn't work on arrival. Seller was excellent in offering troubleshooting tips. When those didn't work, seller quickly offered a refund for the item. Sad the item didn't work but happy with the service that I received and would definitely do business again.

Great product, proper packing and fast shipment. Nice Seller and sweet Arc'teryx products ! Even if I washed the product on arrival, not a big fan about the hair in the beanie. A minimum cleaning would have been welcome ;-)
